Important: Custom engraved products are made to order and personalized to each customer. Due to the nature of customization, engraved items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns that show signs of use, damage, or missing packaging may be denied.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
